1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Fridays and official public holidays). 

2. Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Medina): 2 to 4 business days.
- Other Regional Areas: 3 to 6 business days.

3. Shipping Rates & Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping on eligible orders (or calculated at checkout).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide. Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate so our courier partner can schedule the delivery without delays.

4. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email notification with tracking details to follow your shipment's progress.
